Selected Discography

Bob has performed on well over 100 recordings. Here is a selection.

As  Leader:

The 1999 release of Breaking The Ice on Savant/HighNote Records marked Bob DeVos’ stunning four and half star CD debut as a leader. It features Charles Earland on Hammond B-3, legendary percussionist Master Henry Gibson, and drummer Vince Ector. The CD remains a classic of the organ trio genre.

Bob’s second CD, DeVos Groove Guitar! June, 2003 on Blues Leaf Records, features Bob with Hammond B-3 master Gene Ludwig and legendary drummer Billy James, and includes Emedin Rivera on percussion.

Shifting Sands, Bob's Top Ten Jazz CD of 2006 on Savant Records features Dan Kostelnik on Hammond B-3 Organ, Steve Johns on drums, and guests tenor saxophonist Eric Alexander and percussionist Gary Fritz.

Playing For Keeps, Bob's Top Ten Jazz CD of 2007 on Savant Records reunites Bob's working trio of Dan Kostelnik on Hammond B-3 Organ, Steve Johns on drums with guest tenor saxophonist Eric Alexander, a long time collaborator.

Mr. DeVos' next Savant recording will be released in 2009. Please go to the Audio Page for review excerpts and audio clips from all of Bob's CDs.
